Viva la wedding is a company founded and managed by myself, Guille Ibanez MA. After several years of working as a freelance cameraman and editor for other wedding video companies as well as managing our sister production company Viva la zoom, I decided to take the step and offer the whole wedding video service on my own. These years of experience gave me an enormous amount of technical and artistic knowledge, which I am now able pass on to my customers. Canon XHA1 - Our main camera. Reliable, sturdy and high quality footage. We love the versatility of this camera: put it on a tripod, handheld or on a steadicam and it always performs. Canon 7D + Sigma Lenses - This camera is the main example of the VDSLRs revolution. Still cameras with video capacity which allow us to capture images that are really close to 16mm film cameras. Also, the size of the camera means that we can always carry it on a strap. We use this camera to capture more special shots, the very best ones. | |

Audio Technica Directional Mics + Sennheiser Radio Mics - It doesn't matter how great your footage looks, if the audio is not great, the whole piece will look 'amateur'. We use two different sets of mics: Directionals, which are permanetly attached to the camera and capture most the audio of the day and radio mics which we mostly use at the ceremony and speeches. This mics allow us to always capture crystal clear audio right regardless of the camera position. | |
